Access to this website is the sole responsibility of the users and implies acceptance and knowledge of the legal notices, conditions, and terms of use contained herein. The website owner reserves the right to make any changes and modifications deemed appropriate and necessary to the website at any time without prior notice.
2.1. Obligation to make proper use of the website and its contents
– The User agrees to the correct use of the website and utilities provided to him in accordance with the law, this Legal Notice, and the instructions and notices communicated to him.

-incorporate, make available or allow access to products, items, messages and/or services that are criminal, violent, offensive, harmful, degrading or, in general, contrary to the law, morality and generally accepted good customs or public order;
-be false, ambiguous, inaccurate, exaggerated or untimely, in such a way that it induces or may induce error about its object or about the intentions or purposes of the communicator;
-is protected by any intellectual or industrial property rights belonging to third parties, without the User having previously obtained from their owners the necessary authorization to carry out the use that he/she makes or intends to make;
-violates the trade secrets of third parties;
-is contrary to the right to honor, personal and family privacy or the image of individuals;
-in any way, undermine the credit of the Website Owner or third parties;
– violates regulations on the secrecy of communications;
– constitutes, where applicable, unlawful, misleading or unfair advertising and, in general, constitutes unfair competition;

In accordance with the foregoing, the User undertakes to use the content made available to Users on the website, including, but not limited to, texts, photographs, graphics, images, icons, technology, software, links and other audiovisual or sound content, as well as its graphic design and source code (hereinafter, the Content), in accordance with the law, this Legal Notice, other notices, rules of use and instructions made known to them, as well as with generally accepted morality and good customs and public order, and, in particular, undertakes to refrain from:
== reproduce, copy, distribute, make available or otherwise publicly communicate, transform or modify the Content, unless authorized by the holder of the corresponding rights or legally permitted;
== The User shall not remove, manipulate, or in any way alter the copyright and other identifying data relating to the reservation of rights of the Website Owner or companies of the Group or their owners, digital watermarks, or any other technical means established for their recognition. The User shall refrain from obtaining or even attempting to obtain the Content using means or procedures other than those that, as the case may be, have been made available for this purpose or have been indicated for this purpose on the website where the Content is located, or, in general, those that are commonly used on the Internet for this purpose, provided that they do not entail a risk of damage to or disablement of the website, the Services, and/or the Content.
Specifically, the use of the photographic and audio/video files of the Website Owner is subject to the following conditions:

Users and, in general, those who intend to establish a hyperlink between their website and the website www.erosystem.es (hereinafter, the ‘Hyperlink’) must comply with the following conditions, always with prior authorization:
The hyperlink will only allow access to the home page or start page of the website or to the specific point authorized by the Website Owner, but may not reproduce them in any way;
